Model: Falcon-X50
Mission Scenarios: Border Patrol, Electronic Countermeasures, Nuclear, Biological and Chemical (NBC) Reconnaissance
Core Technologies:

  1. Nanoscale Protection System
    • Anti-Corrosion Coating: The fuselage adopts Europlasma® nanocoating technology (model Nanofics® SE) by Shanghai Bodo. A superhydrophobic layer of 1-5μm is stacked on the basis of the 3M™ Scotchgard™ anti-stain primer. It can resist the erosion of salt spray, acid rain, nuclear radiation, etc., and maintain the protection effectiveness for more than 10 years in an environment ranging from -40°C to 70°C.
    • Self-Cleaning Surface: The carbon fiber skin with a honeycomb structure forms a micron-level convex-concave array through plasma treatment, reducing the adhesion of dust by 90%. Combined with the ultrasonic vibration module, it can automatically remove the attachments during flight to ensure the clarity of the optical equipment around the clock.
  2. Multimodal Reconnaissance System
    • Electromagnetic Spectrum Analysis: Equipped with the same modular communication component as the Russian "Owl-13", it can achieve fast frequency hopping within 300ms in the frequency band of 0.5-6GHz, support Low Probability of Intercept (LPI) communication, and maintain 98% link stability in electronic countermeasures.
    • Infrared Stealth Technology: The engine tailpipe adopts Ceramic Matrix Composite (CMC) material, and a low emissivity coating (ε<0.1) is sprayed inside. With the closed-loop cooling system, the infrared radiation intensity is reduced to 1/5 of the background noise, which can avoid being locked by infrared-guided missiles such as the AIM-9X.
  3. Modular Mission Expansion
    • 12-Bay Payload System: The fuselage is equipped with 12 standardized interfaces, which can quickly switch modules such as the electronic warfare pod (interference power of 500W), the nuclear, biological and chemical sensor (detection accuracy of 0.01ppb), and the lidar (detection range of 15km). The mission switching time is less than 3 minutes.
    • Intelligent Mission Planning: The built-in AI algorithm can automatically optimize the reconnaissance route according to the battlefield environment. In actual combat in Syria, the success rate of the autonomous missions of the Falcon-X50 reached 92%, far exceeding the 75% of traditional unmanned aerial vehicles.

Practical Combat Value:

  • Strategic Deterrence: After being deployed on the South China Sea Islands and Reefs, it can achieve real-time monitoring within a radius of 200 nautical miles in cooperation with the satellite data link, effectively reducing the activity space of enemy submarines.
  • Tactical Support: In the Ukraine conflict, the Falcon-X50 forced the enemy's unmanned aerial vehicle swarm to lose control and crash through electromagnetic interference. A single flight can paralyze 30 "Lancet" unmanned aerial vehicles.

Technical Parameters:

  • Endurance: 36 hours (the same fuel power system as YFQ-42A)
  • Range: 5000km (after in-air refueling)
  • Stealth Performance: Radar Cross-Section (RCS) < 0.01㎡ (bionics aerodynamic design + radar absorbing materials)
  • Anti-Interference: Can resist electromagnetic pulse attacks of 100MW level (in accordance with the GJB 3622-1999 standard).
